The North Carolina School Boards Action Center (NCSBAC) is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization.  The sole purpose of the organization is to enhance the advocacy efforts of the North Carolina School Boards Association (NCSBA) in promoting the NCSBA legislative agenda.

 

Per the Articles of Incorporation, NCSBAC shall not engage in any activity or intervene in any election to support or oppose any political party or candidate for public office, including, but not limited to, contributions, endorsements or advertising.

 

NCSBAC does not and will not have a PAC.
